Paul Mandell is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Consero Group LLC, an international executive event company headquartered in Bethesda, MD. In his role as CEO, Paul is responsible for strategic management of the company, as well as oversight of the company’s core functions. He also serves as a mentor with Acceleprise, a DC-based accelerator that provides capital and community support to enterprise entrepreneurs building web-based software to solve large organizations' problems.

Prior to founding Consero, Paul founded and was the president of a national legal support company that was acquired in 2007 by a global legal process outsourcing business. He previously practiced law at Arnold & Porter LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in Washington, DC, and New York, NY, respectively, following a federal district court clerkship.

Paul is a Trustee on the Foundation Board of the University of Maryland, a member of the Yale Law School Fund Board, and the Chair of the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland College of Behavioral & Social Sciences. He has been featured in articles in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business Week, The Washington Post, and The ABA Journal, among others, and he is a frequent contributor to various publications on the topic of entrepreneurship.
