Niamh Hughes is a Business and Community Development professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who has worked with a number of start-ups in a variety of industries including construction, recruiting, sustainable product design and digital media.

Niamh most recently joined General Assembly. She is also a New York ambassador for Sandbox - a global organization of 700+ entrepreneurial minded young leaders across 60+ countries.

A native of Ireland, Niamh graduated in 2008 with a double degree in International Business and German from Dublin City University and the European School of Business, Germany.

She is passionate about solving problems, connecting people, entrepreneurship, design, tech, food, travel, cycling, Irish Dance and pineapples!
