An iPad Accessibility and Imagining session on Nov. 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. will introduce participants to iPad accessibility and then allow them to imagine how apps that use capabilities like SimpleEmotion's emotion recognition can be built and be useful to people using an iOs device. This session will be pretty informal, but a chance for interested participants to talk to specific organizations about what the rest of the week including a Nov 10th accessibility hackathon at the library will look like and what it will hope to achieve. Wednesday and Thursday will be spent doing the hacking, in part at the library, (maybe Wednesday tends to be more concept-oriented and Thursday more results-oriented). Then Friday there might be a final presentation, maybe some kind of judging and prize for the winner, and some general wrapping up. A final day long Hackathon to bring everyone together and to polish details so that there is a real final product will be held Saturday, Nov 10th all day at the MLK library.
