Wednesday, Nov 7 and Thursday Nov 8th: 3:00PM to 5:30PM, room 215, Adaptive Services, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library – After School Hackathon Preparation Sessions. Room 215 will be available after 3:00PM both Wednesday and Thursday for developers and young adults with disabilities who are interested in participating in the Saturday, November 10th, Accessibility Hackathon, to get together and prepare, through mentorships and peer to peer help – getting the development environment set up etc. Come work with the Accessibility Arcade adaptive gaming stations and learning lab. We have 11 iPads as well as a comprehensive list of adaptive technologies like screenreaders, screenmagnifiers, speech recognition, etc.
